Hey everyone, so I want to explain why I have been slacking on the blog. These past 3 months I have been preparing for a service puppy. Through twists and turns I have finally found the perfect service dog candidate. He's a 5 month old North American Retriever (a mix of golden retriever, lab, and standard poodle).
He'll be trained and boarded by a professional service dog trainer but I get to work with him 3 times a week or more. I am so excited and I know I will get good stories for you when I'm out in public with my dog. I am predicting that people will talk in the same baby voice to both me and the dog. Lovely! So hopefully I will be posting a lot more.

ReplyDeleteVery nice! I suspect you may have trouble with people and the whole "Please don't pet the service dog when he's working!" thing...

ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little puppy! It sounds like you will both be having a bit of fun with the training.
